The tire is placed disc platform, rotating middle handwheel jaw card holder will be firmly stuck tire inner ring, turn on the power, the working platform will rotate, cutting knife/blade will cut tire according to need, slowly cut into the tire, step by step, until cut down the whole ring tread of the tire.
