This machine is applicable for lasting the toe of all kinds of man and lady shoes and sports shoes.
The crosshead projection light will ensure accurate last positioning.
The pressure head mechanism adopts adjustable two-segment pressure to ensure steady pressure and achieve the best pressing result.
The all-round band and wiper with special tracking system make sure that each part of the upper is tightly against the shoe last after lasting without any point angle but with smooth appearance.
The 9 independent pincers can be adjusted independently.
The pincer plate can be also adjusted according to the shoe size with independent moving function, and it is also suitable for different types of shoe last.
The machine is of easy, rapid and accurate adjustment.
The pressure, position, and speed of each device may be adjusted from outside directly and conveniently.

A. Universal tightening band and specially-designed wiper ensure shoe vamp attaching shoe last equably without any shagginess after lasting.
B. Pressure head device adopts adjustable two-sections pressure, which make the working piece during wiper tightening and final pressing reach the best impression.
C. Independence nice claws is adjustable, which can be suit for any shape shoes toe part tightening .
D. Each claw has function of automatic cogging-down. Operator can select some claws to be cogged down according with shoe vamp tightness degree.
E. Wiper with function of adjustable speed and inching motion is convenient for adjustment that controlled vamp tightening.
F. Auxiliary wiper structure cooperating with nice claws of toe part make the vamp attaching shoes last tightly.
G. Cross projection lamp can help laying toe part of shoe last in the right position .
H. Opening or closing of turn-plate of right and left claws is adjustable and independence, which can manufacture the right and left shoe separately.
