1. Product introduction
The PFA cleaning tank is an upgraded model after the PTFE cleaning bucket. It is specially designed for semiconductor photovoltaic and other industries. It is formed in one piece, so there is no need to worry about leakage. Mainly used for soaking and cleaning flower baskets or wafer cassettes with chip silicon cells. Due to the characteristics of PFA, it can withstand the corrosiveness of cleaning solutions. At the same time, it has a low blank value of metal elements, no dissolution or precipitation, and will not contaminate chip wafers.

Semiconductor wafer cleaning tank size can be customized as required. It also comes with the same PFA lid to prevent contamination.
2. Features:
1. The appearance is translucent, making it easy to observe the reagents in the tank;
2. High and low temperature resistance: -200～+260℃
3. Corrosion resistance: resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia, HF and various organic solvents;
4. Insulation resistance: dielectric properties have nothing to do with temperature and frequency;
5. Anti-pollution: The background value is low, and the content of lead and uranium of metal elements is less than 0.01ppb;
6. No dissolution or precipitation, and will not pollute chips, wafers, silicon wafers, etc.;
8. Stable chemical properties, good recoverability, and not easy to deform;
9. Teflon plastic, durable and not fragile.
