DSY-1A Rock Point Load TesterUsage OverviewUsageThe point load strength test is an index of rocks, which can determine the point load strength of the sample and the anisotropy ofthe strength index, that is, the ratio of the maximum to the minimum value of the load strength at different points. The point load tester adopts a portable and lightweight structure, and the upper part adopts a precision guiding device to ensure that the upper and lower indenters are not offset during the test. The tip and fragment are used for loading, so the pressure of rock failure is lower than that of the conventional press; and the sample does not need to be processed into a regular specimen, which is suitable for on-site measurement and facilitates the measurement of low-strength rocks. The hydraulic jack is used for loading, and the double-pointer pressure gauge displays the test force value (the digital display point load meter adopts the precision pressure sensor and the reading of the force measuring instrument), which can quickly determine the tensile and compressive strength of the rock.
