Product Description This floor uses the PVC resin as the main component,and utilizes the plastic particle interfaces to form the permanent conductive and anti-static network. In addition, the feature abrasion resistance corrosion resistance, long life, ageing resistance and low dust emission etc.
ESD floor main material is PVC resin, which made with special process. The conductive or anti-static network between PVC 2 particles make pvc floor anti-static or conductive permanently. Its surface seems like marble, which have very good decoration results. It is widely used for telecom, electronics industries, cell-type machine room,PC room and clean room workshops etc, which have purification and anti-static request.
The conductive vinyl sheet has a permanent anti-static structure with conductive granules throughout the entire floor, but the homogeneous vinyl sheet does not have this structure. Conductive particles are uniformly distributed on the based layer, ensure a stable index, and do not decay. This structure determines the scope of its application.

Product Parameters
Maintenance of esd floor
No emulsion dressing is required. Maintenance should be carried out regularly to retain in the appearance and durability of the floor. The floor covering should be maintained with regula sweeping and damp mopping with using a neutral cleaner, more intense cleaning should be carried out using a fine spray cleaning pad under a floor machine, or for larger area with a cleaning machine.

ESD vinyl flooring is widely used in clean rooms, manufacturing & assembly workshops of electronic products, hospitals, data centers & computer rooms, and other areas that require an anti-static environment.
There are two kinds of ESD vinyl flooring, ESD tile and ESD sheet. Both tile and sheet are homogeneous structures, and electronic resistance can meet both conductive(10^4-10^6Ω) and static-dissipative(10^6-10^9Ω).
