Product Description 1.Product introduction: It is a new type efficient powder mixing machine. It is widely used in chemical, paint, pharmaceutical, food, animal feed, fuel, metallurgy, mining and other sectors of solid - solid, solid-liquid mixing, as well as humidification granulation, drying, concentration and other complex processes. 2. Constituent:The machine consists of the transmission part, horizontal cylinder, coulter group shaft, fly cutter group, outlet valve, and spray device. (1)The transmission part includs the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and the coupling. It plays parts in transferring the motor's movement into the needed speed and torque and passing to the shaft. (2)The shell is made of rolled steel plates and used for containing materials. There are a number of holes in the tube for access and observation uses. Coulter shaft support is fixed to the cylinder cover on the two sides. (3)The coulter group shaft consists of the coulter, coulter arm and spindle, with the coulter arm installed on the spindle as the HALF structure for easy removal. (4)The fly cutter group consists of many fly cutters, which are driven by the vice motor and installed in the lateral side of the cylinder. In order to prevent dust entering the bearing, the fly cutter shaft uses multi-layer sealed structure. (5)The outlet valve is installed at the bottom of the tube (except continuous discharge), which is used for closure and discharging. It works on through the handle and the four-bar linkage. (6)The spray device is fixed on the circumference of the cylinder and uses the agricultural spray nozzle, whose spraying effect is good. 3.
