Teflen Tube Teflen tube is manufactured by quality PTFE extrusion and sintering. Sintering is a traditional process used to convert powdery material into a dense body, commonly employed in the production of ceramic, refractory, hyperthermal materials, and powder metallurgy. The sintered dense body, post-powder forming, is a polycrystalline material with a microstructure consisting of crystal, vitreous body, and pore. The sintering process plays a crucial role in determining the size of crystal particles and pores in the microstructure, crystal boundary shape and distribution, thereby influencing the material properties.
