The carbon fiber shaft is mainly used by UD(unidirectional carbon fiber) with a layer 3K twill carbon fiber outside, The majority of our unidirectional carbon tubes are comprised of 0° and 90° degree plies with an occasional layup deploying 45° plies/30° plies. most all of our roll-wrapped carbon tubes have underlying layers of unidirectional carbon fiber.

•4.Carbon fiber rollers have small inertia, fast start-up and deceleration. They are suitable for speed control, especially for high-speed equipment.
•5.Carbon fiber roller is light weight, So it have Low resistance, It can make equipment speed can increase 50% , So that can improving Production Speed of Production Line, Then Increasing Production and Reducing Energy Consumption and cost.
•6.Carbon fiber roller can working at the temperature -50~+120 ℃ with long time. It is not easy to transform, Long service cycle.
