working principle:
The basic working principle of colloid mill is shearing, grinding and high-speed stirring. The pulverization and grinding depend on the relative movement of the toothed bevel of the grinding disc, one of which rotates at a high speed, and the other of which causes the material passing between the toothed bevels to be subjected to great shearing and frictional forces, while at the same time in high frequency vibration and high speed vortexing, etc. Under the action of complex force, the material is effectively ground, emulsified, pulverized, dispersed and homogenized, thereby obtaining a fine ultrafine particle pulverizing effect.
The production process and main equipments of the production line include peanut baking oven, peanut peeling machine, sorting belt, feeding machine, grinding machine, conveying pump, mixer, mixing tank, vacuum tank, cooling machine and filling machine.
