Rubber vulcanizing press applies to all kinds of rubber (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext. ) plate vulcanizing and compression molding.
This machine can be used to make O ring, sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators etc.
Machine Features
1. In/Out molds are treated with nitrogen and grinded. These processes achieve high-precision parallelism of working benches. 2. High-precision structural steel design, easy but speedy, convenient to fit various molds. Adjusting, repairing, or maintaining are very easy and accurate. 3. Slow speed of alignment adjusting is provided to make the molds calibration more safe and more accurate to suit various molding conditions.
