500t Hydro-Tester for Spiral Pipe Mill

Product Description

500t Hydrotester for Spiral Pipe Mill
This 500t hydro-tester can also achieve the function that making both ends of pipe to socket and spigot type.
This hydrostatic tester has a four-beam structure with pipe end face sealing. Controlled by PLC, it has advantages of high efficiency, stability and easy maintenance.

Max. testing pressure	500T
Sealing type	End face sealing, Socket and spigot sealing for expanding and sealing.
Testing pressure	8.8Mpa @ Dia. 300mm 3Mpa @ Dia. 1500mm
Hydraulic pressure	25 MPa
Productivity	for Φ1500, ≈6pcs/h
Pressure maintaining time	10~15s
Fluctuation range when stabling	0~0.5Mpa
Tensioning beam type	Rectangle section four-stretching beam
Main cylinder	One set of main cylinder

Production flow
Support roller lifts and receive pipe → Sending pipe to testing center line → Sealing head pushed to position → Low pressure water filling → Shutting ari and water valve → Pressurization → Pressure maintaining → Record test result → Pressure release → Draining off water → Pipe returning to position → Pipe unloading → Water emptying → Delivering pipe to plant rack
With these information, our experienced engineers will be able to determine the machine type, max hydraulic power, sealing type etc.
HUAYE has rich and deep technical accumulation to design various types of hydrostatic tester for the customer. No matter it's for extra large diameter, extra high pressure, extra-long length, or extra fast speed, HUAYE provides satisfying solution at most budgetary price.
