This 500t hydro-tester can also achieve the function that making both ends of pipe to socket and spigot type.
This hydrostatic tester has a four-beam structure with pipe end face sealing. Controlled by PLC, it has advantages of high efficiency, stability and easy maintenance.

Support roller lifts and receive pipe → Sending pipe to testing center line → Sealing head pushed to position → Low pressure water filling → Shutting ari and water valve → Pressurization → Pressure maintaining → Record test result → Pressure release → Draining off water → Pipe returning to position → Pipe unloading → Water emptying → Delivering pipe to plant rack
