The main steps of the pultrusion process are as follows:
Raw material preparation: Prepare continuous reinforcing fibers (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber) and resins (such as unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, etc.).
Impregnation molding: Impregnate the fibers with resin to form prepreg.
Molding: Feed the prepreg into a closed pultrusion mold and cure it under heat and pressure.
Drawing: The molded product is continuously pulled out of the mold through a drawing device.
Cutting: Cut the pulled product as needed.Our Advantages
