Advanced Laboratory Jet Crusher Working Princible After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is fluidized under the action of the centrifugal reverse flow jet field formed by the high-speed compressed jet. The accelerated material converges at the intersection point of multiple nozzles, resulting in severe impact, collision, and friction to achieve crushing. The finely crushed powder moves along with the airflow to the upper classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification wheel, the coarse powder is returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing under the action of centrifugal force. The micro-powder that meets the fineness requirements is discharged from the exhaust port, enters the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection. The dust-laden gas undergoes gas-solid separation in the dust collector, and the gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
Performance & Characteristics Low energy consumption, with a 30% energy saving compared to traditional fluidized bed jet mills. Since the material in the crushing chamber mainly collides with each other, with minimal collision with the inner cavity of the crushing machine, there is very little contamination of the material, allowing for the production of high-purity materials. The built-in self-diverting micro-powder classifier ensures a concentrated particle size distribution with no oversized particles in the finished product. Low-temperature medium-free crushing, particularly suitable for materials with low melting points, heat sensitivity, sugar content, and volatility. For flammable and explosive materials, an inert gas can be used as the medium for fully enclosed crushing. The inert gas is recycled, resulting in low loss. The machine has automatic control capabilities and is easy to operate.
