Fixed beam type high-speed CNC vertical turning, milling and grinding machine
1. The X-axis guide rail of the machine adopts an "L"-shaped fixed beam structure design, which greatly enhances the rigidity of the machine during processing. Two saddles are installed on the fixed beam, one on the left and one on the right;
2. The components on the saddle can be configured as needed. Two saddles can be equipped with turrets or tool rows, which is a double turret main machine; one saddle is equipped with a turret and the other saddle is equipped with a BT40 electric spindle, which is a vertical turning and milling combination;
3. One saddle is equipped with a turret and the other saddle is equipped with an electric spindle grinding head, which is a vertical turning and grinding combination.
