1. High speed: the molding speed is up to 30 molds/min, and the blanking speed, 120 molds/min;
2. Large molding area: with the technical support of Holin Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd., this machine set is suitable for high-speed molding and blanking of wide sheets in the width of 44 inch, 48 inch, 52 inch, 54 inch, and 60 inch.
3. Low power consumption: the advanced patent technology makes this machine unit consume half of the power of other machines.
4. Good products: the large mould clamping force makes it apply air pressure (positive pressure), compression or comprehensive molding;
5. Labor saving: the high automation saves labors; the whole production line only needs one worker (except packing workers);
6. This machine unit can storage various production data; after mould changing, all the production data will be adjusted and production can be started as long as the mould number is input;
7. This machine unit can realize remote fault diagnosis.
