The AR series gear reduction three-phase asynchronous motor is designed and manufactured according to the JB/T6447-2010 standard, and is the latest product that complies with the 1EC standard. It is composed of a driving motor coupled with a gear reduction device, and has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, low noise, low vibration, and high efficiency. It is an ideal low-speed power source. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, light industry, chemical industry, steel, and cement. Textile, printing and dyeing, sugar production, food, rubber, medicine, packaging, construction, lifting and transportation, agricultural machinery and other industries. It can also provide supporting and maintenance services for imported equipment.
According to user needs, various types of motors such as multi speed, high-efficiency, and DC can also be matched, and DC electromagnetic brakes or one-way stops, as well as various encoders, can be installed according to user requirements.
The protection level varies depending on the motor equipped, and can be IP44 or 1P54, etc. The cooling method is 1C0141.
The parameters of the gears of this series of reduction motors have been optimized and designed, using high-quality alloy steel for forging, tooth making, and strict heat treatment. The gears have been ground and processed by the worm wheel grinding machine of Swiss company REISHUER, with an accuracy of level 5 according to GB/T10095.1~2-2001. The machine base is made of high-strength cast iron and has two structures: foot and flange.
The efficiency of the deceleration device shall not be less than 96% for single-stage deceleration transmission, 94% for two-stage deceleration transmission, and 92% for three-stage deceleration transmission. The insulation level of the electric motor is Class B, and the winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.
