Product Description Features:
1.Roll:
1.1.Adopts the Chilled Cast Steel,The chill depth of roller is 4-20mm,and its hardness of working,surface is HS68-75,and it is temper treatment;
1.2.Surface is hard and wear-proof;
1.3.The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
2.Bearing Type is Ball Bearing:
The end of rollers are supported by the roller ball bearing bush,Bearing equiped with china famous WAFANGDIAN Brand().
It has the advantages of running smooth ,energy saving(save 5-8% power), low noise and long life.
The seal of bearing both side adopt no skeleton oil seal, the material of oil seal is FKM
Traditional nylon bush is not wear resistant and hard resistant , so its easy to be damaged ..All our machine adopts the roller ball bearing . Kindly note our machine adopts totally 8 roller ball bearing , not 4 bearing.
3.Transmission System:
3.1.Hardened tooth-surface reducer, Compact structure,Gear made of 20CrMnTi material, carburized and quenched, layer depth 0.8 to 1.2 mm, hardness above HRC55,high impact resistance.
3.2.Higher transmission efficiency;

3.4.Longer Service Life;
4.Cooling/Heating Device:
Adopts Hollow structurer roller,working together with closed type rotary joint ,convenient for water flowing in and out,cooling/heating roller surface,uniform temperature.
5.Safety-system:
in case of emergency,mixing roller will stop immediately and rotate in the opposite direction.At the same time,The front roller will be separated with rear roller immediately,the distance between two roller will enlarge immediately(Hydraulic/Mechanical drive,manual gap adjustment device do not have this function),protect operation worker hand,It is safe and reliable.
6.Protection Device:
Machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.
7.Lubrication System:
The machine equipped with Automatic glycerin/oil lubrication system.
