UsageUsage method:
Step 1: Mix the adhesive and curing agent as 5:1 (in order to ensure stability, the curing agent should bequickly shaken up and down more than ten times),The deployed mesh glue takes 200g as an example, andthe operation time is about 1 hour,If you need to increase the operation time, add diluent after the glueand curing agent are prepared,It is recommended to add a maximum of 40%,This operation time can beas long as 4-6 hours,Glue that is not used for the time being should be placed in a place that is away fromthe sun and wind. Step 2: Pull the mesh to the specified tension,Make sure the mesh frame fits the mesh tightly,After thenet drawing is completed, the net drawing machine can be loosened only after it is parked for a suitabletime until it is cured. Step 3: Place 9-12 hours after the screen is collected,Follow normal pre-print mode:For example, aftercleaning with water and applying photosensitive glue, it must be baked in the oven (recommended oventemperature maximum 55, minimum 45). Using the screen version of this product, the higher thetemperature into the oven and the longer the time, the stronger the resistance to the common washingwater solvent on the market. The use of solvent-based washing water, whether manual or automaticcleaning machine can easily cope.
Matters need attention:
A: Make sure the mixing container is clean and dry. Shake the curing agent up and down a dozen times before use.
B: Ensure that the ratio of 5:1 glue to hardener is correct. Make sure the glue and curing agent are evenly mixed and in place. The prepared glue is used up in about 1 hour, if it is necessary to extend the operation time to 4-6 hours in the original 1 hour or so, after the glue and curing agent are dissolved, the diluent is transferred according to the above proportion and then stirred evenly.
C: Unblended main glue. The curing agent is immediately sealed and stored.
