Brief introduction of Automatic counter pressure beer bottle filler and capper machine:
Machine description
1. This machine integrating washing bottle, filling and capping in one unit.
1.Feeding bottle on belt by manual, bottles going to washing part by conveying belt, washing bottle gripper gripping bottle neck, along washing bottle pathway overturning 180°, water pump opening, water spraying bottle inside and outside, then drying along washing bottle pathway overturning 180°, bottles come out by conveying belt, and entering into filling position, with hanging bottle neck positioned filling machine lifting mechanism on cliping bottle neck plate, make the bottles lift up, fit to filling . During lifting process, check bottle on cliping bottle neck or not. If with bottle, then starts filling beer. If no bottles, then the filling valves remain close state. After finishing filling, bottle lifting mechanism go down, the filled beer bottle sent into capping machine by star wheel, after capping, the bottle is sent out through star wheel to conveyor belt.
2.Emphasis on opening machine design, minimized the machines’ components, smooth and easy design, washing, filling capping part in one working table, take deep consideration of corrosion resistance , all parts contacting with liquid uses SUS304, and design for all pipes and connection joint, bending radius , design is streamline without hygiene corner.
3. Consider bottle characteristics, adopt cam lifting way, stable operation, and increase filling central device to make the filling more accurately.
5. For beer characteristics, beer tank and filling valve is customized made.
Additional increase diaphragm valve to ensure beer supplying stability ,reduce beer foaming, make sure that beer level accuracy.
6. Pressure preparation is combined controlled by solenoid valve under working table, with PLC and electrode points pressure gauge. Beer tank is prepared pressure first, then feeding beer. If too big pressure with feeding beer, beer tank will air exhaust to set up pressure, if pressure is not enough, CO2 will feed to beer tank for pressure preparation to reach to required pressure.
7. The main purpose of water injecting and foaming device is filtered by high pressure and heated water , and for high pressure waterline sent into bottle , and make bubble, and take out air from the bottle, and ensure the quality of beer.

Transmission:
Adopt Nylon screw feeding bottles, different bottle diameter with different feeding bottle screw.
Main transmission adopting frequency conversion motor will be sent to decelerate box through stair belt, and then lead the whole machine running.
Rinsing Part:The bottles sent by enter bottle conveyor belt will divided into a fixed interval of one-way,and the bottle inverted by enter bottle clamp, then the bottles can be sent to filling machine’s enter bottle star-wheel. The bottle by lift-up motion is fixed on the bottom of filling parts.
Rotary rinser is one of the key components, which is installed on the clamp, media distributor and other components. When the figure of the rotary bearing rotation, driven turret and the other components are installed on the rotating simultaneously, slewing bearing lubrication in order to concentrate lubrication.
Filling Valves:CO2 pre-charge
Open the charge valve, form a pathway between bottle and alcohol tank’s CO2. The CO2 will filling into the bottle through the pathway. The charge valve will closed when the setting time reached, that means the CO2 pre-charge process end.
Vacuum extraction
Open the take out-vacuum valve pole, form a pathway between bottle and vacuum. The CO2 and air will be discharged from the bottle by the pathway, and form into vacuum in the bottle.
The take out-vacuum will be closed when the setting time arrived, then the once take out-vacuum end.

Capping Part:
The capper is made up of hopper, slide way, upper capper, lower capper, rise and fall parts, and preventing turning upright stanchion.
The requirements of crown cap:
Only when the height and diameter all accord with crown cap’s standard, the capper’s normal running can be guaranteed. The crown cap should be stored in the dry room.

Cleaning Cup:
Remove middle guide board in the filler’s enter and out bottle part, install cleaning cup between bottle splint and filling valve and adjust nut in order to fasten the cleaning cup between bottle splint and filling valve.
