After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position againFilling partContact-free filling, with all parts in contact with a beverage made from stainless steel AISI 304 / 316L.Automatic dummy bottles available, with insertion and removal available for automated CIP.Optional reduced filler enclosure strengthens food safety and reduces the usage of chemical agents and water during external cleaning.Capping PartRotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam. Air Conveyor.Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles.Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.Flat ConveyorEnergy saving.
