Textile Splot Cleaning Gun SLG-180 SERIES is an affordable and durable spot cleaning gun. With its adjustable high pressure spray and the new integrated air drying system, you will not only have enough power to remove your toughest ink spots, but it will also dry them simultaneously. With its simple design and ease of use, the SLG-180 spot cleaning gun makes a great addition to every screen printing shop.
Instructions 1)Remove the container, fill with fluid (about 2/3 full) and replace. Depress switch for 15-20 seconds to prime pump. Spray fluid onto scrap fabric to remove oil film from internal pump parts. Spray gun is now ready for use. 2) Adjustable Nozzle controls the pressure of the cleaning fluid. This is adjusted by simply rotating the nozzle collar on the front of the gun. 3) Volume Control Knob at the rear of gun controls the amount of fluid being dispensed. For cleaning, turn button as far left as possible: then back to right 1/2 to one revolution. Once adjustments are made to suit your needs, it is generally not necessary to change them.
