The CK6140 horizontal lathe features an integrated bed with high efficiency, precision,rigidity,minimal thermal deformation,low spindle temperature rise,low vibration,and high cutting torque,making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
The spindle's three-point structure ensures stable transmission for machining disc,sleeve,and shaft parts.With a speed of 1600 rpm,it can turn various surfaces and threads,achieving a surface roughness of Ra1.6µm.
The lathe has a four-position automatic tool post for continuous machining,a compact and user-friendly design,and offers various configurations.
It is suitable for light industry,medical, automotive,and motorcycle parts industries.
