PP/PS Single Screw Sheet EXtrusion line
DESIGNER group develops single screw extrusion line for PP/PS sheet, this line equipped with feeding system, and more energy-efficient than ordinary traditional single-screw sheet extruders. Extruder equipped with molten metering pump quantitative output, and set up the pressure and speed closed lgop auto control. PLC control system used to achieve waramater setting, data computing and back, alarm and other functions of automatic control. Compact structure, small footprint, easy maintenance.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

PP/PS single screw sheet extruder is mainly used for the production of high-quality PP and PS sheets.
PP, PS are widely used in the packaging industry due to their high temperature resistance, non-toxicity and high transparency, especially the packaging of food, medicine, cosmetics and daily necessities. This sheet extruder is equipped with the thermoforming function developed by our company. This production line can realize the whole process production of PP and PS from raw materials to sheet extrusion to containers and packaging products. It can be used to manufacture cups, bowls, plates, lids, bs, etc. of varoxeious shapes and properties.
At the same time, because of the excellent mechanical properties and insulation properties of PP and PS, they are also widely used in the electronics industry, automotive interiors and construction industries.
