CK6432 series CNC horizontal lathe has the characteristics of high precision, high power, high rigidity, etc. its main components and structures have been optimized. It is the first choice for machining shafts, discs, sleeves, special surfaces and screw workpiece.
GSK CNC system and full digital AC servo system, X and Z axes adopt semi closed-loop control, C3 precision ball screw is adopted for ball screw pair, and electrical components are imported or domestic well-known brands, which comply with CE or domestic 3C certification.
The machine tool shall be inspected in strict accordance with the inspection procedures before leaving the factory. Each machine tool adopts laser interfere meter to detect the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of X and Z axes, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the accuracy of the machine tool.
