De-baler for PET Bottle Recycling Line

Bale braeker is applied to PET bottle recycling industry to break up PET bottle bales. Cutting the wires of the PET bottle bale manually in the first step, then PET bottle bales will be transported to bale breaker shafts via belt conveyor or chain conveyor. PET bottle bales become loose bottles under the function of powerful rolling paddles.
BoReTech develops two types (Horizontal & Vertical De-baler )of bale breakers on the basis of PET bottle baler dimension and materials conditions which capacity reachs up to 10000 kg/h. Baler breaker shaft adopts carbon steel and paddles adopts alloy steel which is dismountable and friendly to daily maintenance.
BoReTech Bale Breaker has three designs which equiped with two shafts, three shafts and four shafts. Moving speed of belt conveyor and chain conveyor is adjustable,which can avoid clogging. Three shafts bale breaker is particularly suitable for high density bottle bales. Bale breaker has the features of simple operation process, low power consumption and less manpower.

For mechanical parts, our guarantee duration is 12 months. If the part is broken within this period, we will send the spare parts immediately to the client for repairing.

Normally, we send our engineer(s) to supervise the installation and commissioning. The buyer need to prepare the operation staff to implement it. BORETECH is able to send mechanical engineer, electrical engineer and operation engineer. The operation engineer is to help the buyer's labors to know how to operate the washing line and get the best efficiency.
