After Sales Service
Installation time
The buyer provides the seller invitation letter for visa applying once the machine to be shipment. The seller dispatches one engineer and one English interpreter to buyer's factory once the machine arrive buyer's factory or as the buyer's request.
Installation costInstallation is free for 15 days. If the buyer need more time, the service will be charged. Besides, the buyer should provide the round tickets, room and board etc.
Technical support during the warranty period
During the warranty period: The seller will provide the technical support and supply the needed parts with the cost price if there is any problem does not influence the regular production. If needed, the seller will dispatch engineer and translator to the buyer's factory to deal with the problem. During the service period, the buyers need to pay for the travel expenses, tickets, accommodation fee and the other charges except the labor charges. If the problem has influenced the regular production, the seller must provide the solution without charge immediately.
Technical support after the warranty period After the warranty period: The seller will provide the technical consulting without charge and supply the needed parts with the cost price. If needed, the seller will dispatch engineer and translator to the buyer's factory to deal with the problem. During the service period, the buyers need to pay for the travel expenses, tickets, accommodation fee and the other charges as well as USD $ 200 per one person as the labor charges.
