We adopt servo motor to control the length of cutting, This machine has electric and pneumatic control system, easy operating, high precision in cutting, working stable, low-noise. Frequency converter control motor speed with stable running, automatic counting, alarm and automatic-stop, Full automatic tension control. Web edge position automatic correct control by EPC system. Waste edge is blowing by fan automatically. Adopts pneumatic shaft materials loading system with much easy operation and convenience. It adopts servo motor for controlling constant-length cutting(precision:±0.2mm) It adopts Japanese Panasonic PLC control, Taiwan Weinveiw touching panel (screen operation). The machine can slit to two sheets and color photo eye(color tracking sensor) for after printing web material. The machine can automatic to trimming and stacking the finished sheets. Usage:
This machine is suitable to cut the jumbo roll material to sheets. GSM range:10-450.Material:paper, coated paper adhesive sticker paper,paper&film laminated, and so on. Teachnical Specifications:
