Product Description
Extraction tank is a device used to separate and collect substances, which is commonly found in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. Its working principle is based on the difference in the physical properties of liquids or gases, using the process of separation and collection to achieve the extraction of substances.
Working principle:
1. Injected substances: The substances to be extracted are injected in the extraction tank.
2. Separation process: In the extraction tank, the target substance is separated from other substances through a series of separation processes.
- Distillation: Using different boiling points, the components in a liquid mixture are separated.
- Extraction: Selective extraction of target substances using solvents.
- Filtration: Separation of solid particles or suspended solids from the liquid by means of a filter medium.
-Solidification/crystallization: By controlling temperature and pressure, certain components in the liquid are solidified or crystallized, and separated.
3. Collect substances: After separating the target substances, collect them into a specific area or container of the extraction tank.
4. Discharge of non-target substances: During the separation process, some non-target substances or wastes may be produced. These non-target substances are usually discharged through discharge outlets or discharge pipes.

Applications
Extraction tanks are suitable for many industries, but mainly used in Chinese herbal medicine, animals, food, herbal medicine, fine chemical industry. Atmospheric pressure, decompression, pressurization, water frying, warm immersion, infiltration, forced circulation, heat reflux, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery and other process operations.
