Product Description

Continuous Pre-expander is to expand EPS raw material to required density, machine works in continuous way both in taking raw material and discharging expanded material.
Continuous Pre-expander can do second and third expansion to get low density.
Machine complete with Screw Conveyor, First and second expansion loader, Expander, Fluidized bed DrierMain Features:
1, All process including filling, expanding, sieving, delumping and conveying to silos are done automatically.
2, With primary and secondary expansion device to get density of 8-30g/l
3, Fist filling is controlled by frequency converter
4, With power-off protection device
5, With Japan steam presure reducing valve
