Model: SYS-20 Instrument overview The instrument is applicable to the determination of softening point of various asphalt such as road petroleum asphalt, coal asphalt and liquid petroleum asphalt.
The instrument adopts computer intelligent control, laser automatic detection, touch screen man-machine interface, stepping motor lifting and other technologies. It has the characteristics of linear temperature rise, uniform bath mixing and automatic sample detection. It is a asphalt softening point measuring instrument with high degree of automation, fast and convenient test, accurate and reliable test results.
Working principle of instrument: heat the solution medium through the heating tube, stir it through the magnetic stirrer to make the temperature in the beaker uniform, and the controller uses the interpolation algorithm to control the output to make the medium rise linearly according to 5ºC/min. The asphalt in the test ring begins to soften slowly during the heating process. When the softening temperature point is reached, the asphalt in the sample ring drops slowly under the action of steel ball gravity. When the asphalt in the two sample rings drops and contacts the lower baffle, the average temperature is the asphalt softening point temperature. Main technical indexes and parameters
