Paper Machine Vacuum Roll Graphite Seals
LEIZHAN graphite sealing strips/deckles with a sufficient amount of flexibility and chemical resistance ensure the level of protection required. Sealing strips made from rubber graphite with outstanding mechanical characteristics and emergency running properties for increased endurance. Leizhan guarantees all the sealing strips are a whole strip, there is no splicing and overlapping phenomenon during production.
They are applied to all suction rolls, such as vacuum press rolls, vacuum couch, and vacuum suction rolls in paper machines.
Under the correct operation, it can be used for over 2 years without getting off the machine, which solves the problem of frequent shutdown and maintenance in the paper mill, and improves the startup rate.
