Functions:
Mirror (8K) Polishing/Grinding Machine is mainly used for the Mirror/8K polishing on Stainless Steel Sheets/Coil Surface.
Driven by the Oscillation Structure, High Speed -Rotating Grinding Wheels Polish the Sheet/Coil Surface Repeatedly until it reaches a mirror-like effect or 8K Quality. Refractivity of the surface can reach more than 98%.

Workable Thickness on Roller Table type Machine: 0.3MM~10MM

Workable Thickness on Station Type Machine: 1.0MM~150MM

Workable Thickness/Length can be discussed as per customer's
Requirements.

* Polishing Heads of Each Unit can be independently lifted up/Down, so that
The Polishing Pressure from each heads can be uniform.

* Polishing Liquid comes from Middle of the Polishing Shafts, Cooling for
Polishing wheel is much better, and Polishing Wheel will not get burnt and
cause Polishing Marks.

quality.
