Component:
It is mainly composed of door frame, door leaf, door glass, large handle, large hinge, door closer, etc. This door type can be installed both indoors and outdoors.
Each door has two doors, the left door and the right door. Door leaf thickness 40-60mm.
The frame on one side of the door leaf and the door frame are connected by a large hinge, the door frame on the other side of the door leaf is equipped with a toggle-type upper and lower bolt, and a door closer is installed on one side of the beam on the top of the door leaf to connect with the door frame.

installation steps
1. Clean the door opening and eliminate the excess part. Make sure that both sides of the door opening are on a vertical line.
2. Install the top shaft part on the door frame.
3. Combine the three profiles of the door frame with screws or rivets
4. Install the ground shaft, open a square pit with a length of 170mm, a width of 120mm and a depth of 55mm on the ground, pour the mortar, and when fixing the ground shaft, from the center line of the top shaft to the center of the ground shaft bearing, fix the ground shaft, and after the cement is dry Proceed to the next step.
5. Install the upper and lower shafts of the door body.
6. Before installing the door body, you need to pay attention: loosen the anti-theft card position screw of the door leaf; before installing the door leaf, apply lubricating butter on the ground shaft to make the door leaf open and close freely and increase the service life.
7. Adjust the front, rear, left, right and up and down directions of the door leaf: loosen the cover plate and use a wrench to adjust the screw of the ground shaft; adjust the lower shaft on the door leaf, the specific method is to adjust the hexagonal screw on the lower shaft, adjust clockwise, the door leaf is upward, reverse The hour hand adjusts the door leaf downwards.
8. Tighten the anti-theft card screw.
