Fork viscosity meter for liquids is fork vibration type viscosity measuring instrument with range of 0-20,000cP at accuracy of 1% ,fork viscosity meter for liquids is direct insertion mounting by flange or thread connecting to both tanks and pipelines , this WPX401 smart viscosity meter can realize the real-time measuring and digital display.
To get the best measuring accuracy ans stability , just remember : Keep flow rates and speeds within the meter's parameters steady and consistent. Reduce temperature gradients in fluids with high viscosities as well as in the piping and fittings that are directly upstream and downstream of the meter. Viscosity shifts are less pronounced when temperature gradients are minimized.
