The automatic water filling machine use direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing.2. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation of the automatic water filling machine. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only arch board and starwheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.3. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution in this automatic water filling machine.4. Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss.5. Splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. The automatic water filling machine applies to the production of purified water and mineral water. 8-8-3 filling machine:Detailed ImagesWashing Part:The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through air conveyor.The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star-wheel while they are still driven by the star-wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip. After the gripping, the bottle is turned upside down with 180 degree and cantred above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position againFilling valve: Long tube filling type with 2 times filling process to make sure perfect filling level Liquid tank, filling valves, controlling rings, upgrading cylinder.High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel or food grade engineering plastic. Capping Part: Rotative capping turret, suitable to the application of screw plastic caps on PET bottles The fixed part consists of the cap hopper, the cap feeder with relevant motor and the cam actuating the capping heads. The heads are raised and lowered by the action of a follower that is riding on a shaped cam.Blowing Machine with different options: 1. Semiautomatic Blowing Machine for 800BPH-2000bph from 0.2-2.5L bottle with 2 or 4 cavities. 2.
