The double-shaft shredder is a widely used and relatively extensive shredding machine, suitable for the preliminary processing of many materials. Based on the nature of the material and the required output, the power required can be initially estimated. Generally, there are single motors and dual motors. Single motor is suitable for fragile materials with low power requirements. Dual motors are equipped with dual reducers, and ZSY or planetary reducers can be selected according to needs.
It is characterized by fast discharging and high efficiency, which can meet general crushing needs.
HLV has designed different ranges of double-shaft shredders for common applications with different components (reducers, blade sets, etc.) to guarantee a wide range of material adaptability. At the same time, we have the ability to custom-built machines to suit specific material and input/output requirements.
