EPS Foam Recycling Machine with Conveyor to Feed High Safety

Product Description

The EPS recycling machine works with a long conveying belt to convey the materials into hopper to crush them.The crushed materials will be blowed into big silo for further process.
There are two horizontal shafts installed inside hopper by left and right layout.
The conveyor is belt type and it is 4000mm length at default.

2) Smaller size output scraps As there are two crushing shafts inside of crushing machine body,they are side by side to work,the foam will be crushed twice,it can output smaller size scraps than single shaft Foam Crush machine.
3) Safety The belt type conveyor can be improving safety for operator when feeding materials,people are more and more pay attetion to safety in some countries.The belt can keep works away from crushing shafts which may be dangerous to workers.
