AAC Production Process
Teeyer Whole Production Line,including 6 processing sections

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the creation of superb autoclaved aerated coagulation, meticulously selected raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) are utilized, each contributing to the quality and integrity of the final product.
This section is designated for the precise processing and meticulous storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal quality control.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
At the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this pivotal section is where innovation meets efficiency.
This segment specializes in the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automated processes to hang mesh seamlessly, alongside efficient circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, vital to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensures precise processing in creating quality products.
Responsible for the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for concrete plates, this segment integrates manual and automated mesh hanging and efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Utilizing a highly efficient turning crane, the mold frame bearing the billet body undergoes careful mud removal. Subsequently, this blank body, paired with the side plate, is meticulously positioned on a cutting car, where it is artfully shaped through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product form.
The cutting process is finely completed by a ground-turning table that expertly removes and recycles corner waste, minimizing material loss.
After waste removal, the blank body is efficiently managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless operations.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, ensuring optimal conditions for curing, facilitated by the ferry cart.
Post-autoclave curing, the finished products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the packaging section, ready for final presentation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon steaming completion, the delicious cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then efficiently moved to the storage yard via specialized packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach their destination in prime condition.
