Product Introduction
This instrument is suitable for measuring the residual carbon content of petroleum products after evaporation and pyrolysis, so as to provide an indicator of the relative tendency of petroleum products to form coke. It is generally suitable for petroleum products that are easily partially decomposed and relatively non-volatile during atmospheric distillation. For petroleum products containing ash-producing components, a high residual carbon value will be obtained, and the magnitude of the error depends on the amount of ash produced.

1. Applicable standard: ASTM D189, GB/T268
2. Porcelain crucible: Short 30ML.
3. Inner iron crucible: Made of iron sheet, 75±5ml, with black plating on the surface.
4. Outer iron crucible: Made of iron sheet, 190±10ml, with black plating on the surface.
5. Tripod: Iron, nickel-chromium-plated surface, high 250±10mm, ring diameter Ф130±5mm.
6. Flame shield body: Punched with 0.6~0.8mm thick iron sheet, the diameter of the upper mouth of
the middle hole is 90±2mm, and the diameter of the lower mouth is 82±2mm.
7. Round iron cover: The material is made of 0.8mm thick iron sheet, the height of the lower part is
50-53mm, the height of the middle cone is 25±2mm, and the top of the upper round tube is welded with a Ф3mm iron wire bent into a mouth-shaped fire bridge, with a height of 50±3mm. As the maximum height indicator of the flame, the surface is black plated.
