Grinding roller, main part of three-roller grinder, is used in grinding machines for wet grinding, smashing, emulsification & homogenization in printing ink, painting, coating, resin, pigment, pen core, daily chemicals, medicine, foodstuff, leather material, electronic material and various chemical raw materials.
The grinding rollers produced by our company are divided into 5 kinds: normal grinding roller, middle-level grinding roller and superfine grinding roller,High Chrome Grinding Roller Series, which are divided into many kinds.
High quality materials are adopted for all kinds of grinding rollers, and they are manufactured by electric-furnace-melting, composite-centrifugal-casting and fine machining, and are of high hardness of the roller surface, good wear-resisting property and can stand wear and tear.
The superfine grinding rollers are manufactured by adopting new material, new process and new assembling structure, and are of good material fineness, compacted structure, high intensity, good wear-resisting property, etc. This kind of product is mainly used in grinding machine in fine chemical industry.

Intermediate Class Grinding Roller is of intermediate content of alloy, produced of new materials by new process and is of features, such as high roll surface hardness, good wearing property, long durability. The roller is especially applicable to grind and distribute the high viscous products of fine and high viscosity.
