Frozen meat diced machine can achieve precise dicing and high working efficiency. The dicing machine is an important equipment in the production process of meat products. It can cut all kinds of frozen meat and fresh meat, fat and other main raw materials with a central temperature of 0~-5 degrees Celsius into the diced meat required by the user, and adjust the size of the knife grid to cut shredded meat and meat slices. The size of the diced meat is determined by the number of blades in the knife grid. The TW-RD400 and TW-RD600 dicing machines produced by our factory are suitable for large, medium and small meat processing plants, and can also produce products with special technological requirements according to the requirements of users.

1. The safety protection performance is good, and the rotating cutter stops immediately after the front door is opened;
2. The knife grid and the large cutter are easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be completely removed without tools, which is convenient for cleaning and replacing the knife grid;

6. The meat material can be gradually and evenly fed, which can minimize the extrusion of the product during the cutting process.
