High temperature calcium silicate insulation board is composed of hard calcium silicate hydrate and reinforced fiber, does not contain asbestos, and the maximum heat-resistant temperature reaches 1050 °C, which is a high-efficiency and energy-saving product. It has excellent characteristics such as high heat resistance, strong thermal insulation performance, low bulk density, high specific strength, good durability, corrosion resistance, can cut, and can be sawed and convenient construction, and can be widely used in energy-saving and thermal insulation projects of industrial kilns.

This product is made of quartz and lime through dynamic hydrothermal synthesis of primary crystal phase calcium silicate, this cactus globular microporous structure determines the irreplaceable excellent performance of the product in thermal insulation technology
Low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation
