The BCWJ-2015 water jet cutter pressurizes the water to more than 400 MPA through the advanced ultra-high pressure pressurization technology to form a high-speed water jet. This kind of jet has extremely high speed, can reach 2-3 times the speed of sound, and has extremely high kinetic energy. This kind of extremely strong water jet can cut all soft and hard materials if abrasive is added. The cutting accuracy of BCMC's water jet cutting machine is ± 0.1mm. Its powerful cutting ability and unique cold cutting characteristics make it more safe, environmentally friendly and efficient.
Main Features:
On the basis of the original 3 Axis water jet cutter, the AC 5 Axis water jet cutter has added the A axis and the C axis. The A axis is the eccentric swing axis, and the C axis is the rotation axis. The cutting head of the AC five-axis water jet cutter can swing from 0 to 45 °. It can realize oblique cutting of cutting section and meet the cutting requirements of various parts. The key components of the high-pressure pump system are all imported products with reasonable and stable structure. The pressurization is carried out by means of liquid enrichment and pressurization, and the reciprocating plunger structure is adopted. The high-pressure pump system adopts high-pressure pipelines with high bending resistance, high tensile strength and high elongation. Ensure long-term stable operation of high-pressure pump system. The sand (abrasive) is transported from the sand supply tank to the cutting head by the way of air pressure sand delivery. The sand is transported into the cutting head through the sand delivery pipe under the suction of high-pressure water negative pressure in the upper sand storage container, so as to realize the purpose of continuous sand supply during cutting.
