Product Usage and Features K30 Plate load testerAPPLICATION:The Plate Load Tester is a field equipment for determining the ultimate bearing capacity of soil and the likely settlement under a given load. The Plate Load Tester applies a load on a steel plate placed at the foundation level and recording the settlements corresponding to each load increment. It’s kind of common road testing equipment. The test of the foundation coefficient of fine-grained soil and soil-filled compacted subgrade and base layer can also be used to calculate the deformation modulus of uniform foundation soil. BASIC STRUCTURE: 1. Loading system: It is composed of loading plate, jack, high-pressure tubing of manual pump, etc., and the positioning line for jack is engraved on the loading plate. 2. Bridge measurement: it is composed of a support, a beam, a dial indicator and a bracket.
