1 It can be equipped with an advanced man-machine dialog numerical control system, which can not only use G code programming, but also use tool software. The system is safe, stable, convenient and highly resistant to electromagnetic interference. Program transmission between CNC and PC can be realized through Ethernet interface and USB2.0, and one-click start with the shortest processing preparation time, which greatly improves productivity.
2.It is equipped with 3 D simulation software, the necessary parameters of tool machining are displayed in the way of dialog box.After the parameters are input,the tool simulation can display the 3D graphics of tool and the grinding steps of machine tool.The anti-collision function of the software is used to avoid the collision in the actual process.
3. The corresponding software module can process all kinds of tools. Through the probe, the circular measurement of the workpiece and the compensation of the wear of the tool can be automatically measured, that is, the tool can be produced and the tool can be repaired.
4.It adopts heavy design, high power, gantry closed structure, with good rigidity, high strength and stability.
5.It adopts the original imported screw rod, guide rail, A-axis C-axis and key components to ensure high accuracy, high sensitivity and good stability.
6 . The rotary shaft is equipped with a finished high-precision DD motor with stable transmission, high speed and high accuracy.
