This production line produces pellets by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets. It is featured as advanced equipment, precise pelletizing and high producing capacity.
1. Main Process flowing:
PVC powder -Plastic mixer-Plastic extruder-extrusion mould-Pelletizer -air
Cooling system-vibrating sieve(optional)-Packing
2. Consist of the production line:
1 set SRL-Z 500/1000 Plastic mixer(equipped with screw loader)
1 set SJSZ 65/132 conical twin screw extruder (with mould)
1 set Pelletizer (Hot-cutting parts)
1 set Air cooling system, fan motor and slio.
All our extrusion equipments are using best standard devices. etc. ABB frequency invertor,
which enjoys global guarantee, Siemens standard main motor, Schneider buttons, Japanese
RKC temperature indicators, ABB frequency controller. Feeding powder motor is controlled by
ABB also.
