UPVC Window Double Head Seamless Welding Machine WFH-2-4HD
Used for welding and machining of PVC door and window.It can processing all kinds of shapes. The work type is swing-out,it adopts pneumatic transmission to clamp and cut the profiles. The structure of the machine is simple and light,it is easy to operate and has high precision. PLC control, pneumatic drive, simple operation, stable capability. Weld three-point, two point, single point, transom, cross -transom and special angle. Two heads can work simultaneously, individually and combinatively.

If weld with common welding machine and then clean the surface, there will be 3mm groove, showing the inner side white colour, so the surface is not good.

But with seamless welding, there is only very thin line on the surface.(As shown on the left)
