How to make Unsaturated Polyester Resin?
1. Short brief of UP resin production line:
This production line includes reactor,vertical condenser,horizontal condenser,separator,heating elements(or thermal oil heater),control cabinet and dilution tank.This production line is the key equipment used to produce unsaturated polyester resin(UPR), phenolic resin, epoxy resin, ABS resin,etc.
1)The unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) reactor heating structure type: electric heating type, jacket hot oil heating type, outer half tube type(limpet coil),etc.
2)The cooling methods: inner coil type
3)The volume of the reactor is usually 50L~10000L.
4)Unsaturated polyester resin equipment materials: contacting parts stainless steel 304 or 321/316L, others carbon steel.
5)The stirring type of the reactor: inclined paddle type, anchor type, frame type to customer requirements.
