Product features1. The moving cone rotates continuously, and the crushing process and unloading process of materials are carried out alternately and continuously along the working surface, with high productivity.
2. The material is sandwiched between the two cones and subjected to extrusion, bending and shearing. It is easy to break and has low power consumption.
3. The product is of uniform size and cube shape, and the wear of the working surface of the moving cone is also uniform.
4. Structure introduction: the structure of cone crusher is mainly composed of frame, horizontal shaft, moving cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, upper crushing wall (fixed cone), lower crushing wall (moving cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system, control system, etc.
5. Both the moving cone and the fixed cone are placed in a straight position. When the moving cone swings, there is a parallel belt with the same gap between the moving cone and the fixed cone near the material outlet of the crushing chamber, so as to make the finished product even. The size of the feed port is not large, and all the materials that can be processed are the materials that have been crushed for the first time.
6. The cone crusher adopts dry oil or water sealing methods to prevent dust and impurities from entering the machine body, thus ensuring the cleanness of lubricating oil, extending the service life of sliding bearings and thrust ball bearings, and making the machine operate reliably.
