1. The operating temperature of positive and negative pressure is low, and the degree of discoloration of the film skin is small. The negative pressure machine is heated and baked at high temperature, and the film skin discoloration is serious.
2. Positive and negative pressure makes the four corners of the workpiece basically have no drawing angles. It uses a silicone plate to press down with a film, so there is no such thing as a drawing angle. If the temperature of the negative pressure machine, the distance from the ornaments, and the suction speed are too high, it will form a pull angle, which is time-consuming, laborious, troublesome, and prone to waste.


3. The degree of deformation of the workpiece made by positive and negative pressure is small. The positive and negative pressure itself is to press down the workpiece by pressure to make it flat. In addition, the temperature is low, so the probability of deformation is even lower. 4. Positive and negative pressure are 3 kinds of pressure to press the film skin, and the probability of film peeling is very low. The negative pressure machine has only one kind of negative pressure suction film skin, if the temperature is not well polished, it will open the edge. 5. The amount of glue sprayed by positive and negative pressure is much less than that of negative pressure machines. As long as there is a little glue, it can stick.
